We want you to love your Aavrati jewellery! If you're not satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You can return/exchange items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

2. How to Request a Return/Exchange

  • Email support@aavrati.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
